Patrick's girlfriend Emily said he needed to learn a thing or two about girls, and how to treat them. So she turned him into one, and said she would turn him back when she felt he learned his lesson. It had only been a few hours since Emily changed Patrick into Patricia, when he got a call from Emily's mother telling him that Emily was just killed in a car accident, and that there was no way now to change him back.
